About the walk
Remember a free lift could be available from the Belper/Matlock areas. Bradford Dale is one of my favourite places to go birdwatching & a crisp Winter walk is just what the doctor ordered at this time of year. Tour length is up to 4 hours. The walk is around 6 Km and is an easy flat stroll with no hills or styles to climb. I have recorded 81 bird species at this site and it's one of the best places to see the wonderful Dipper. Winter visitors are now here with Redwing, Fieldfare & Kingfisher taking up residence for the Autumn & Winter.
